Best Online Videos Viewing and Download Solution

While gazing around in web for getting some short and sweet solution on watching/downloading online videos through a convenient way, I just got amazed at the solution I came across!!! This is something really appreciating. Hats off to the efforts they have put for creating the application.
Graboid has developed a nice solution by putting their application in free. The application lets you browse a huge and vast collection of online movies which you can see through direct online buffering or if you want then you can also download the movies and burn them later to your disk media. Though its commercial but its worth paying them. I will explain why. However, they distribute their application in trial basis for one month and in one month you can see or download videos to your disks. The thing to notice is that, they beat the torrents if you compare to buffering and download speed. You can see good quality videos (not bad at all) and they are in XVid AVI format. So either you need VLC Media Player to watch the videos or else if you don’t have VLC Player installed then it will install that player you. Once you open the application then it prompts for an username and password which you have to register, verify and activate through a valid email address. Once you are done with the activation then after you open the application and login it will open a big collection of movies. Now if you want to view the video online or download then just click on Play video or Download and it will do the buffering and will play the video within a very little time as its buffering speed is amazingly fast! Once you start using the application then you will feel the difference of watching videos through the help of that application.
It has embedded video player which has Full screen and a very smooth video forwarding feature. The more you watch videos it keeps subtracting your bandwidth usage. This is where the commercial feature plays its role! If someone pays some bucks then it will add more bandwidth to your account and will unlock some feature i.e. Watching HD Contents, Downloading HD Contents.
The application has lots of Videos Categories i.e. All // Anime Movies // HD TV Shows // HD Movies. And apart from that it has sub-categories for those Main categories from which you can easily filter out which sort of videos you want to play and browse. For your convenience click on the thumbnail image to see the application interface and get an overall idea that why this is such an useful tool.
The only bad thing in this application is its such a low bandwidth limitation as its 4GB only. Which is very less for me at least for a movie buff like me. I would recommend this highly because of its live buffering feature and if you like the clarity of the movie then go for downloading the movie (although clarity wise all are worth watching and good). Makes sense right!!!

the movies i download won’t play, what software do i need? or why is it?
Can you just check if you have the right codec to play AVI files viz: FFDShow or Windows Media Player Code Pack? Just install any of them and try again. It should resolve your problem.

Well, it didn’t show me any problems while installing and starting up but can you try uninstalling both, delete your %appdata% contents and then reboot your machine. Once that is done, installing VLC Media Player first and then install Graboid. I hope it will solve your problem. Let me know if it solves your problem!

I downloaded Graboid but every time i try to open it up from my desktop, i get an error message about unistalling VLC media player which i didnt do. I have waited two days for an email responce from the support people but i have gotten nothing can someone else help
I think the problems kshutch is referring to is that like all software, Graboid can have some problems occasionally, nothing serious, just little things with the software that need to be ironed out, although with the newest version 1.65 I have noticed that the Graboid forums are a lot quieter. Also, some new users sometimes don’t know exactly how to use Graboid and so may run into a little trouble, all these problems can usually be resolved by visiting the forums. I know kshutch from the Graboid forums as I myself have been a user of Graboid for seven months and I can tell you he has helped countless people out and really loves Graboid as I do. I hope this answers your question. You won’t find better than Graboid.

what kind of problem you are talking about? is it related to some bug or some performance problems or something?

I use it almost every day. The content is incredible. I run into very few “bad links” because graboid doesn’t actually host anything. They are giving me a link to a file that has been posted on the Usenet groups and most of them by far work fine. I can then download the file and do whatever I want with it.
I download entire seasons of television shows and they are all good quality videos. I am now downloading Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. All 7 seasons! Look it up. It costs hundreds of dollars to purchase this show. I am going to download it and burn it for about 10 bucks. And most of that cost is the blank DVD’s.
Sure, the program has quirks, but for my money I am getting what I paid for and then some.
The newest version 1.65 is better than ever and the forums are beginning to quiet down for troubleshooting.
And remember anyone can try it for free. Anyone who says different is either lying or hasn’t really tried it themselves.
Grabois is amazing. I have used it for about 2 years now. I do not have cable TV anymore I just use Graboid. Nothing is faster…the videos are excellent. There are a few problems with software but just come to forums at graboid and we will get you working again. Many users spend their time for free to help you because we love this program that much. I have even wrote my own program to help other user get their systems right for graboid to work no problems.
